The day they were to start I received a detailed service confirmation email from Garneau Electric, which included a photo of the electrician, Jacob, that was going to show up and a link to his bio. I was honestly shocked at how thorough and professional this was. Corey, Jacob, and Joe arrived at my house and Corey made sure to walk through the project with the team to ensure everyone was on the same page. Corey left and Jacob and Joe got to work. They were fast, efficient, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the day. The next day, they arrived early and continued their work. Since the ground was frozen, they ran a temporary pipe above ground to make sure we had power and heat during the winter, which was greatly appreciated. When the ground thawed, Corey coordinated everything to get the trench dug and the town’s electrical inspector scheduled. Once again, we received a Service Confirmation email, this time introducing us to Scott, who came with Derek to finish the job. As with the previous team, they went straight to work and were very professional. After the work was done and inspected, I was amazed to find them sweeping up the garage floor. I told them it wasn’t necessary, but they insisted, saying it was part of their policy. Such attention to detail really stood out to me. Throughout the project, my wife had a few questions, and she reached out to Jessica in the office. Jessica was incredibly pleasant and answered all her inquiries with patience and clarity. A few weeks later, Pamela from the office followed up with a call to ensure we were satisfied with the work. Once again, the professionalism and friendliness of the team really impressed me.
